Open Gym is a time when there is no instruction. This is your opportunity to practice tricks you learned in class or create your own sequences. Students must be enrolled in a silks course or have previous experience in order to attend open gym. Students must have taken at least five silks classes to train independently. Students under 18 must be supervised by an adult who has taken an open gym certification class.

Open Gym is held at Fylkir Gym at Norðlingabraut 12

Mondays and Wednesdays 20:00-21:00
